서비스는 이용자가 스스로 기록한 투자 원칙을 다시 확인하도록 돕는 자기점검 도구입니다. 서비스는 실시간 시세·등락률·목표가·손절가·매매 알림 등 어떠한 시세 관련 정보나 기능도 제공하지 아니하며, 금융투자상품의 매수·매도·보유를 권유하지 아니하고, 투자·재무·세무·법률에 관한 자문을 제공하지 아니합니다. 서비스의 어떠한 화면·문구·시각적 요소도 매매의 권유 또는 신호로 해석되어서는 아니 되며, 이용자가 스스로 적어둔 원칙을 다시 보여주는 것 외의 판단을 제공하지 아니합니다.
서비스의 이용으로 운영자와 이용자 간에 투자자문·투자일임·중개·수탁 등 어떠한 법률관계도 성립하지 아니합니다.
본 서비스는 회원가입·로그인·계정 기능을 제공하지 아니합니다. 이용자는 계정 생성이나 로그인 없이 서비스를 이용하며, 이용자가 추가한 종목·원칙 등 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
서비스는 '있는 그대로(as is)' 제공되며, 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 서비스의 정확성·적합성·계속성을 보증하지 아니합니다. 운영자는 이용자의 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인하여 발생한 투자상 손실 및 그 밖의 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 아니합니다. 다만, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 아니하는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 그 내용을 앱 내 공지 등을 통하여 사전에 안내합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대하여는 관계 법령에 정한 절차에 따른 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 소비자로서 거주하는 국가의 강행법규가 부여하는 보호는 본 조에 의하여 배제되지 아니합니다.

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and the operator.
The Service is a self-reflection tool that helps users re-examine the investment principles they themselves recorded. The Service provides no live pricing, price-change indicators, target price, stop-loss, or trading alerts of any kind, does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any financial instrument, and provides no investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. No screen, wording, or visual element of the Service shall be construed as a solicitation or signal to trade — it only reflects back the principles the user has written for themselves.
Use of the Service creates no advisory, discretionary-investment, brokerage, fiduciary, or other legal relationship between the operator and the user.
The Service does not provide any account, sign-in, or login functionality. Users access the Service without creating an account or signing in, and all data the user adds (such as tickers and principles) is stored solely on the user's device.
The Service is provided "as is," and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the operator does not warrant its accuracy, suitability, or continuity. The operator shall not be liable for any investment losses or other damages arising from the user's use of or inability to use the Service, except in cases of the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will provide advance notice of any changes within the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this Article deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
